I can't get the product at the pick-up point.At first, the pick-up point employee could not find the product, which, according to the application, was already at the pick-up point.I had to come several times, but the product was never found.I was told that I needed to re-order.I did so, but when I came to receive the PVZ, the same employee sent all the clients to "take a walk" for 40 minutes, as he could not cope.As a result, another useless trip to the PVZ.Why do such employees and such a pick-up point undermine the work of the marketplace?

Disgusting. I've been coming in and trying to pick up an order for 4 days in a row. The first time they asked me to wait for a 15-minute break, I wait, then they come out and say they have to wait another hour. And closing time is an hour later. I go in on Tuesday, they tell me not to wait, they say the program does not work for 3 hours and does not give out anything. The next day, the queue to the street did not have time. I'm coming in today, they ask me to come openly later, although it's working time. What's the point of posting a work schedule if there are 350 more breaks per hour? The claims are not against the employees, but against the item itself.
