To which she replied that I should have opened the product under the camera, but I did so. She asked for a video from the cameras. I was refused. I left this product and left, then the money was debited from my card for it, but they still had the product! I came back, but I didn't get any explanations. The video from the cameras was said to be provided at the request of the police. Next, I call the police, they also refused to provide the video from the cameras to the law enforcement officers. They behaved rudely, as if it didn't concern them.
