The worst service experience. Rudeness and lack of professionalism. After the visit on December 19th, I understand why people complain about this item en masse. Employees behave like real boors: they crawl without enthusiasm, shout, are rude, and are indignant about anything. I was faced with an absurd situation: upon receipt, I was told that the protruding threads were nonsense, and when I tried to return the same product, it suddenly became "defective." Logic and common sense are in blatant contradiction. As a result, I had to make a scandal just to hand over part of the order and abandon the rest. New Year's Eve workload is not a reason to treat customers as an empty place. It is a pity that the company allows such inadequate and rude people to work.

Terrible pick-up point! The room is small, stuffy, people are still standing in line, sweating, going to the fitting room, and then because of a small wet spot they are not accepted! There are boxes everywhere, people can't turn around! The horror!!!!!
