This pick-up point is very convenient in location, but I will not order more to this address! I ordered children's books as a gift for my child. I unpacked it under the camera and found some dents on the cover. The product has not been paid for yet, of course I wanted to return it, because such books are obviously not suitable as a gift. But the employee refused to accept the refund, saying that she did not see a marriage. There have never been any problems with the return of books of inadequate quality at other pick-up points! I had to pick it up, but the sediment from the situation is terrible, the gift to the child is ruined.
