One person in rush hour is absolutely unable to cope!!! Neither ozone nor WB, I waited 30 minutes, eventually left, and there were still 4 people in front of me. The goods are not distributed so that they can be found quickly, chaos. Put things in order and hire several people already, at least 1 for the World Bank and one for ozone!
