I visited this pick-up point today (05/15/2026). The service is terrible. She came in and said hello, a dark-haired girl worker was sitting with headphones on, did not say hello, silently got up, with such a look, as if her life had been ruined. I started scanning the code, I forgot to turn up the brightness, so I couldn't scan it, to which I heard in a haughty tone: "You can turn up the screen." And the point is precisely in the tone in which it was said, I understand that it was my mistake not to increase the brightness, but I work with people myself, and such a tone is not allowed. After the girl handed out the goods, I said thank you, goodbye, to which I heard silence again.. I always treat PVZ employees with understanding, but such communication is unacceptable. I hope some measures will be taken.

Disgusting PVZ.The delivery speed leaves much to be desired, if you have an extra couple of hours, this is the place for you.There are boxes on the floor with the words "Do not throw, do not throw."The PVZ employee is very slow.There is no outlet on the PVZ for checking electrical devices.The fitting rooms are in poor condition.
