On 05/26/2026, when trying to receive an order, an employee of the PVZ (a girl with piercings and short hair) refused to issue it, stating that she wanted to go home earlier. The employee did not help and did not resolve the issue by explaining whether the actions were related to the correctness of the order (payment/code/status). This refusal was carried out despite the stated opening hours of the pick-up point (from 10:00 to 21:00). Additionally, I would like to note that similar situations have already been repeated before, and the communication of the PVZ co-chairman is characterized as tactless and arrogant. I consider this attitude unacceptable and ask for an internal audit.

The employee does not know the responsibilities, I was not given the goods that they have, and I was also refused to partially redeem the ordered goods, either all (they did not bring everything to me) or nothing, 08/15/19.40
