For almost two years, I considered this PVZ to be one of the best in the area. But the last two cases have permanently discouraged the desire to come here. Firstly, we lost the raincoat, we had to give it up, but I couldn't order a new one, as the price increased by 100 rubles. And the other day, new employees appeared there, and after talking with them, there was no desire to come here at all. I will be looking for a new PVZ, it's a pity.

. Thanks to the staff for their professionalism! I regularly receive orders here. I would like to note the high level of service. The administrators (Victoria and Dina) are always friendly, find everything quickly, answer questions. They create a pleasant atmosphere. Such employees are the face of the company! I recommend visiting the PVZ

Previously, there were questions about this point, but they were not so critical and you could close your eyes. Yes, it's always dirty, yes, the PVZ is packed full of boxes, yes, young employees who yell at the PVZ with their visiting friends louder than a computer operator voicing the delivery of goods But the last situation came as a shock - we ordered two products ( clothes) in slightly different shades of white and beige from different accounts. They decided to cancel one position and were afraid that they might confuse the packages with the cuar, they came up with the position that they were going to cancel and asked if the package was from him, the employee punched through and said that yes, that's right, thus the white position was rejected. When we were going to pick up the second beige item, we clarified its cost because the application was lagging, she tried to break through the kewar on the package and you know what? She realized that she had MIXED up the color on the product card, and the product (beige) that we were going to pick up was put in a canceled package, and she gave us the item from the canceled product, that is, the white one, saying it was good that they noticed that she got mixed up AND SHE COULD GET A FINE. The product of the white position was initially rejected by us and thus later we also canceled it. And the most interesting thing is that the items of these two colors are no longer available and will not be received in the near future (we clarified this with the seller) We, in turn, were left without the long-awaited goods, and with a spoiled mood on the 9th, THANKS a LOT to the employee who worked this shift. And the advice to the employer is: take young people at your own risk, there are very few responsible young people, and you don't need to look for such unprofitable ones for a long time, but you will find a lot of problems on your head!
