Excellent pick-up point. I like literally everything here: the sufficient area of the point, courteous staff, fast reception, proximity to home. I often choose this particular pick-up point, although there is another point even closer.

The pick-up point itself is clean, although the place is small, but the flow of people is not large, there is no crowd. The "open" sign on the doors is misleading, since despite its presence, the pick-up point may be closed. (What's the problem with hanging/flipping to "closed"?) The quality of service depends on the mood/problems of the employee/customer. (I do not pay attention to impolite communication, etc., only if they refuse to issue goods during working hours, which are already "ready for delivery" and are at the pick-up point)

When I come in and see Natalia (blonde), an employee, my mood immediately disappears. He doesn't smile or greet. Always unhappy. I don't want to go on her shift. In the other shift, a dark-haired girl is sweet and pleasant.
