There are queues, just like everywhere else, but not because of the poor work of the staff, but because of some individuals who order 10 items of clothing, and then they all return them, also some order goods and they are not picked up until the last one or are not picked up at all, so often a lot of orders lie right next to the counter for weeks., also oversized. So bad reviews are left either by these people or by those who don't understand it :) Despite all this, the staff are patient, kind and friendly. Huge respect to them for that

You can only order things here that don't need to be measured and checked! There are only two fitting rooms, but that's not the problem, but the fact that the management of the delivery point requires them to control the opening of each package in their presence and under the camera, which, given the small area, creates huge queues. The point is located in a strategically correct location, but taking into account the specifics of the issue, I will have to redirect to other points.

I give the PVZ one star. Because employees behave aggressively and disgustingly. This showed up when I picked up my sneakers and changed them outside the fitting room (There are long queues at this PVZ, the staff work slowly, it's too crowded, I do not advise you to order some clothes here and if there are a lot of them.
