Terrible pick-up point. I packed up the goods, put them aside for the girl, and told her several times which goods I was taking and which I was leaving. The girl is in herself and her thoughts, she doesn't hear anything. I wrote off the goods I needed, but I made the payment for the unnecessary ones. She shrugged her shoulders at my questions. I can understand that I got confused about who doesn't happen to whom, but I just didn't get any apologies. They just shrugged their shoulders as if it were the order of the day.

Hello. I ordered my son two pairs of sneakers. Some were taken away, and others were abandoned. An employee of this pick-up point assured me that the money would be returned to the cards within five working days. A week has passed. There is no money. After calling the bank, it turned out that Wildberries now does not return money to the card, but leaves it on the balance in the personal account. The employee of the pick-up point should have known about this and warned the client. It turned out to be an unpleasant situation.
