Today, on 10/17/25, I wanted to pick it up, but just in front of the "nose" an employee of the pick-up point hung up a sign "Receiving goods until 12.50," i.e. the employee did not even ask if you would like to pick up the goods. For a moment, I was at 12.10, that is, I had to wait for an hour, and the working hours are from 10.00-21.00. I think it's not respectful to close a point right in front of your face.

02/21/2025 I arrived at 21:15 , because it is indicated that I work until 22:00, but unfortunately the goods were not returned because they did not change the working hours and it turns out they work until 21:00....It's not pleasant , although the app and Yandex.Maps indicate the working hours until 22:00. In general, the pick-up point is convenient, large, just missed it in this area , but the situation is very unpleasant
