I have been using the Wildberries pick-up point for several months now and I am very satisfied. The staff is always polite and friendly, the process of receiving an order is fast and convenient. The pick-up point is clean and tidy, which creates a comfortable environment for customers. I recommend it!

The location is a couple of meters away from another WB, which may cause confusion.(the other one is located properly in the mall). The door seems to be "Carved" into the side of the wall, and a puddle forms under it after the rain (you have to jump through it). And so the usual PVZ.

Disgusting pick-up point! The staff is rude to customers, does not answer questions. The room is very dirty, there is garbage on the floor, unwashed dishes in the sink! They're ruining WB's reputation with their work! Due to the behavior of the employees, she did not pick up the goods, and in my presence, several people simply left without the goods due to lack of proper service.
