Two girls work on a 2/2 schedule. One of them, with brown hair, is very nice and friendly. But the second one, with black hair, is just terrible. She is rude, rude, always with a displeased face, she constantly doesn't like everything — she just gives off a continuous dissatisfaction. He throws the goods to the customers, as if this is the order of the day. There is one more point: she comes to work with very long nails (about 7 cm), so there is no need to talk about fast work and normal inspection of goods. In general, if you see a displeased face and feel an unpleasant attitude at the entrance to the PVZ, most likely you have come to her. If I were you, I would just go out and come back another day so as not to encounter such service. Returning to the first girl, she is very kind, always wishes you a good day and generally leaves a pleasant impression. These are the kind of employees who should work with clients.

One of the advantages is the proximity. But, unfortunately, the staff does not know how to return the goods.I ordered a dress for my mom as a gift, but the delivery was delayed. I left.I had to call from Moscow to figure out why the wrong-sized dress needed to be returned the next day through my personal account, and not at the pick-up point with a refund. After the call, the issue was resolved, the goods were picked up, the money was returned within 5 minutes.
