Excellent pick-up point. The queues are small (there are practically no queues), there is a lot of space, the location is convenient, and I always get a shift with a nice man.

I was happy until yesterday, until I ordered delivery by courier. First, "The courier will deliver your parcel within 2 hours," then "the courier is delayed," and after 3 hours of waiting, "Delivery by courier has been canceled." When I arrived at the pick-up point, they told me that it was the courier who was working poorly , but "You come and we will deliver everything to you for an additional fee." If additionalif there is a fee, then maybe you should have indicated it right away???? Well, or at least call and warn that the parcel will not be delivered. In my opinion, this is an extremely disrespectful attitude. Therefore, if someone is planning to use this service, do not waste your time.
