An incompetent and limited in education employee of the pick-up point. When trying on the shoes, I wanted to issue a refund, as the shoes did not fit, but the PWW employee took the seam on the shoe for a defect (damage). To my reasonable question and perplexity: "How else to connect the fabric without a seam?" The employee answered very boldly and tried to make me look like a fool. Instead of the usual refund and replacement with a different size, I was forced to arrange a marriage, although this is not the case at all.

A well-located location, helpful staff, but sometimes there are too many people in the evenings (not the fault of the PVZ). Cleanliness and order are maintained, much neater than the air defense plant at Rafieva 55. There are good dressing rooms and the necessary knives and scissors for unpacking, everything is in working and tidy condition. Thanks also to some of the staff for lifting the mood!! 🫶
