The place is excellent, most importantly, without queues, of the minuses I will only note the lack of Parking spaces, but this is compensated by small shifts and pleasant service

They wanted to make a refund, the "director" (the stall also has a director) said that they could not accept the goods without a barcode (SHK), which was on the shipping plastic packaging (it was disposed of at the pick-up point, the workers did not bother to say that the package with the code should be saved, especially when you buy shoes). The next day I come with an approved refund (refund by marriage), where it says that you can come without a barcode (SHK), they will make a refund anyway, the employee contacts the "director", then says that you need a QR code from your personal account to make a refund. I give her a screenshot of the chat, where the barcode (SHK) is written, without which a refund was impossible on the previous day, again they cannot do it, they need a QR code from their personal account. As a result, they accept it without a barcode, without which it was impossible to accept it on the previous day (they accepted it using a QR code from their personal account). The proof is in the photo from the utility program: it says "return without a check"...
