Как по мне так очень даже отличный комплекс. Около горной трассы ресторан, отдельные заведения ближе к дороге. Все аккуратно и вкусно.

Самая неадекватная охрана. Привет охраннику с именем Сергей. За 2 минуты до начала мероприятия предупредить о том, что нельзя ставить машины. Гениально)

Хороший пляж, пострижен газон, облагорожена территория, регулярно чистят водоем, раз в 2 недели берут пробу воды, пляж платный, заезд по щебенке, шлагбаум, платный спуск с горы.
