We booked this hostel two months in advance through Booking.com , planning to stop from August 6 to August 10 and again from August 24 to August 27, 2025. On the day of their arrival, they did not answer any calls or messages, and it was impossible to contact them. Even calls from Booking.com when we tried to solve the problem through the support service, they completely ignored it. As a result, they were blocked on Booking.com but later they reopened their page under a different name — “Wanderlust Guest House Inn Northern Avenue” to avoid bad reviews. Because there have already been many reviews about such behavior and Booking scams. We are still solving problems with Booking.com because of their lack of response. It's a pity, because the hostel looks new and modern, but the management is absolutely irresponsible.

Я уставший после поездки Тбилиси - Ереван, приехал с чемоданами, поднялся на их этаж и мне прямо когда я уже там сообщают - ой, у нас все номера заняты, брони «слетают», не знаем почему. Предложила другой хостел/гостхауз, который тоже плохой и дорогой. Специально отменяют брони, чтобы демпинговать цены на комнаты. Не рекомендую, останетесь на улице
