Reinforced complaint Dear administration of the GDP. Today, 08/21/2025, my family and I visited your pool and, unfortunately, were extremely disappointed with the level of service. The facts: The waiters took orders selectively, ignoring the queue and allowing themselves boorish behavior. The bartender was rude to the customers, which is absolutely unacceptable for the service industry. They forgot to bring water to the child in the order. Alcoholic beverages (beer) have run out, and we were warned about it after placing the order, which indicates an unorganized work. We came from another city, hoping for decent service, but instead of relaxing, we got a spoiled impression. Please take action on this incident and work with the staff. Otherwise, I'll leave detailed feedback in social media and public platforms (Google, Yandex, 2GIS, Tripadvisor, etc.) to warn other visitors.
