Overall, the process at this bank is very slow. After I applied for a card, the bank employee told me that they would inform me within three days so I could come and collect the card. However, more than a week passed with no news. When I went back myself, they told me that my previous application had expired and I needed to submit a new one! How is it possible that a form I filled out with the help of a bank employee was incorrect? How much free time does a person have to keep going back to the bank just to resubmit a card application? In general, I would suggest that if you are going to spend your time on a bank, choose one that actually processes your requests in the fastest possible way.

I bow low to the VTB staff and VTB Bank itself. I forgot my card at home, I needed cash. I came to the department, at first it didn't go through the NSF, I couldn't figure out what was the matter. For the careless like me: the money must be on a VTB card, not any other card, in order for the NFC payment to take place. I understood, transferred the money and the payment went smoothly. The service is instant, there was no queue at all (May 2026). The staff is polite and speaks Russian calmly. Thanks a lot again
