Several friends recommended this company to me—actually, three of them had already ordered furniture from them. One had a full bedroom set made, another ordered a kitchen, and the third had a living room wall unit done. After hearing their feedback, I decided to try them myself. The first time, I ordered just a bedroom set to see if the quality was really as good as they said. I was very satisfied—the materials and assembly were excellent. The second time, I ordered a full kitchen for a new apartment—4 meters long! They were slightly late with the delivery, but it was well worth the wait. The kitchen turned out beautifully. The material is top-notch, and the assembly quality was outstanding this time too. Of course, I didn’t go for the cheapest option, but it was absolutely worth the price. Everything they recommended turned out to be genuinely good.

They work terribly. After receiving the money, the client is treated badly. They keep dragging it out. The delivery of the work is delayed and in the end it is not even handed over, despite the fact that the contract specifies the act of delivery. Alterations are constantly flawed. The advertisement on the website does not correspond to reality. The furniture does not give up properly and the warranty period does not even come. We were left with a lot of imperfections and a promise to fix the defects . Director Valentin blocked us, and the management in the person of Mikhail claims that we are incompetent. The manager does not respond to messages and calls. They blatantly violate the contract and do not want to redo their shoals. They don't issue any receipts at all, despite repeated demands. They dragged on with the alterations for three years, constantly promising to do everything right and eliminate all the shortcomings.
