What can I say... a solid four! Now a little more detail… One of the advantages is the walking distance from the Hilton hotel, which was the basis for my choice of establishment) 1. Appearance and atmosphere. Everything is great here! A pleasant room on the first floor (I was not on the second), high ceilings, panoramic windows, comfortable armchairs and sofas ... in general, the atmosphere is permeated with the English spirit (so it seemed to me). For me personally... it's my taste). 2. Staff. Young, nimble and polite) The guys are great. I won't describe it much. There are no questions for them. 3. Kitchen - Drinks For me personally, this is one of the disadvantages! There is a very, very poor selection of different beers. There are all 3 to choose from, which are simply called: German, Czech and the third I have already forgotten. Without specifying the country of origin, brewery, or variety. To my question to the waiter: "Where did this frothy drink come from?" The answer was: "I don't know, they bring it to us in kegs." It is served in mugs of Zhiguli beer, although I ordered "German")) I won't give you more than 3 points for the taste! Obviously, the manager should think about it.... - Food. The order was a rib Eye steak with grilled vegetables and a caesar salad with shrimp. What here… First of all, there is no or no culture of serving dishes. No one asks when or what to bring. In the middle of mastering the salad, there was already a steak and grilled vegetables on the table... no one cares that the hot stuff won't be hot anymore… Overall, I can rate the salad as good. Steak. The meat itself is good in consistency, fat and meat parts. The order was medium. Got the full well done. Again, the waiter did not ask, well, he did not ask if the steak met the required roasting. He did not return the dish… It is worth noting that meat dishes are the hallmark of the restaurant. The choice here is decent, as for the quality ... it is described above. Was I satisfied? Let's say I think so. I'll come back again, I think not. Although again, maybe the proximity of the hotel will make its own adjustments to my plans again)

Surprisingly good. Minor quibbles - there were no napkins, the barbecue was brought raw (although I said not to overdo it :)), they didn't ask about roasting the steak, they brought a medium well and not a medium, as I certainly wanted. But this is a small thing compared to the quality of the meat. The napkins were deigned to bring, the barbecue was fried, and the result was magnificent. The price-quality ratio is the best that I have seen on the left bank of Astana (for lamb shish kebab and tibok steak). I hope I'll come back :)
