We had a rest from 26.07.25 to 05.08.25 . the hotel is just great! Excellent attitude, always ready to help! The pool is big, I could stand 164 feet tall, warm and clean, small and not deep for kids, that's the best thing. There is a playground with a trampoline. The breakfasts are very tasty, I think the most fastidious will find something to eat. It is very convenient that you can then buy lunch and dinner. We ate with air conditioning , The territory is beautiful , the houses are very cozy . Cleaning every day, towels, hairdryer, gel, soap, etc. are provided. There is a beach 5-7 minutes away. With sun beds, but there are not many of them, it is better to go after lunch, there are a lot of free places. The sea is clear , pebbles, buy special shoes. Convenient location , you can travel anywhere by minibus . There is an Ataxi taxi app that is very convenient and profitable. It's better to get wine at the hotel or at the wineries - it's very tasty, especially white muscat. I even bought 4 bottles at home. Water is diluted almost everywhere outside the territory . The prices for food and drinks are reasonable and the food is delicious! We liked everything we took . Excursions can be booked at the reception, which is very convenient, at prices like everyone else's. I definitely recommend this hotel, thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay! 🫶❤️

We were with our parents from September 20 to September 26, 2025. We really enjoyed everything. All the staff are wonderful people. Everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, towels were changed every 2 days, but I didn't pay much attention to it, it didn't matter to us. We took a regular room for three, for us there was a large double bed and a sofa. The furniture and appliances are all new, they have recently opened. Air conditioning is working, refrigerator, tea station. Everyone was wearing bathrobes, as well as towels. There were 2 more pairs of slippers, but we didn't even take them out of the closet. There is water in the coolers in the cafe and at the reception, there was a bottle in the room only upon check-in. The water was clean, they didn't drink, but they brushed their teeth with tap water, and the pressure in the shower was excellent (then it seemed weak at home afterward, it turns out). There was shower gel and shampoo (and there were a lot of them in jars in the shower itself and in portioned packages), 2 small hotel soaps in a package and 2 brushes (they were not opened, I do not know what quality). They didn't get poisoned, and they didn't catch the ratovirus. We took a large first-aid kit with us, nothing was useful (even a little insulting). The generator is our own, we did not notice any power outages, only the Wi-Fi was turned off for a short time. The neighbors also have solar panels, and many people in the village have something like that. A separate delight for the cafe: the breakfasts are varied (we took them with breakfast), everything is always fresh. Lunch and dinner for money, and the prices for such a volume and quality of dishes are simply gift prices. How much we ate during our holidays in other places (Gagra, Sukhum, Novy Athos, and a couple more places where they are delivered as part of excursions), nowhere else was it so delicious (only in Sochi in a cafe near the airport). The pool is clean and with warm water. Another day was my birthday, very cool congratulations, thank you, it was a pleasure. PS: I usually don't really believe in such strongly positive reviews myself, but there's no other way to describe it.

We stayed at the hotel from August 29 to September 5. We are very satisfied. I honestly don't understand where such reviews come from, but I want to immediately write down the points that are most often written about here. Our questions were solved instantly, friendly staff. Cleaning was done every day from 10 to 12, we even said a couple of times that there was no need to clean. Towels and bed linen were changed. The food was cooked for 20-30 minutes, well, that's logical, we ordered a barbecue more often, we need time to heat it up and cook the food. Prices are lower than any cafe in St. Petersburg. It's very tasty, the main thing is that we didn't catch the rotovirus, we only ate at the hotel restaurant during the whole vacation. Breakfast is not like in rils, but there is something to eat, and my husband and I were well-fed, even if we arrive for breakfast at 9:40 a.m. the table is still full (they complement what is over) The rooms had ants, maybe it's worth treating them with something nearby so that they don't crawl in. I sprayed the window against Mosquitoes and they didn't crawl inside. I would like to have other curtains in the rooms that just slide in, roll-up ones leave cracks, create some discomfort. And I would like to have more light in the rooms, a chandelier on the ceiling, and not just lamps. The mattresses were very soft, I was used to sleeping on a hard one, and my lower back hurt. There are sun beds on the beach, but the strange thing is that 60% of them were occupied by non-hotel guests (everyone already knew and greeted everyone by sight + there were no bracelets and towels at the hotel).and also some were "busy" for hours, but no one was there. But at the same time, we always had enough sun beds, so we didn't contact the administration on this issue, but I think it's worth paying attention. We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean, the pool is clean, peace and quiet. That's what we wanted. The receptionist found us an individual tour according to our request with a very good driver. In general, all the staff is good, we enjoyed the vacation.
