Купили очень красивый диван. Но он оказался не качественный. Через неделю проломилась аттоманка. Ткань закатывать так, что её ничем не почистить. Обратились в фирму Vikont с претензией, пришёл очень не вежливый мужчинаи и сказал: " Вы, наверное специально прыгали на диване, чтобы его сломать. Мы можем отремонтировать за деньги, и сами открутите оттаманку и привезите её нам. " Это при том, что мы купили диван в апреле и почти сразу переехали на дачу, то есть почти им не пользовались. Диван нам все таки отремонтировали (за деньги).
