The store is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I chose a blouse for myself and went to the checkout, there was one sales girl there, she was obviously talking to her friend, not an employee of the store. She asked this girl to wait and very quickly served me with the words "That's it, goodbye" and continued chatting with her friend.

I liked one dress in one of the be free salons in Minsk, but I needed a different size for comparison. An employee of the be free store pointed out to me which of the branches has the sizes I need - in the aviamall. After an hour and a half, arriving at the aviamall from the other side of the city, I wanted to buy this dress in s size, even without fitting, it was alone and hung on a mannequin. I asked the be free employees to take it OFF FOR PURCHASE, Outlining the situation that I would definitely buy it right away and came specifically for it, and an employee of another network told me that they had it in stock, and not just on a whim I said that "let me try on exactly what's on the mannequin!". They refused to sell it to me, referring to the rules of the store "to change mannequins after 22.00." I understand that there are rules, but shouldn't there be some kind of customer orientation? I was the only one in the store, but there were 4 consultants. I fell in love with this dress and was so excited to buy it, I drove so much in the cold and left in tears and rage. I'm sure the chain's management would agree to sell it, I wanted to buy a couple more T-shirts (not from dummies;) . The dress wasn't even in the window, and there weren't any other customers to see the naked mannequin for a minute. They suggested that I come for him tomorrow morning. Thank you, I left Minsk on the same day, as I am from another city. Of course, I will never go to their branch again, although I often buy clothes there. My friends supported me.
