We visited three restaurants of this chain in Minsk. Overall, I liked it. This is the calling card of gastronomic Minsk) It immerses you in the national flavor. Good service, delicious entrees, rabbit dumplings, draniki, beer and beer snacks, sausages, fresh salad "Straight from the garden". My husband liked the assorted bacon. The atmosphere of the establishment creates a feeling of homely warmth and comfort. The interior is in the style of the Belarusian country, with echoes of the retro style of the USSR era. The musical accompaniment is appropriate. The chain's restaurants are conveniently located near the main attractions of Minsk, an ideal place to relax after a busy tourist day. I want to leave a review about going to this institution. The cuisine is certainly great — real draniki, machanka and homemade sausages — but today it wasn't the food that created the main impression. Special thanks to the waiter Ulyana! She is an incredibly polite and considerate girl. She literally reads minds: she came at exactly the right moment, but she has never been intrusive. Ulyana perfectly understood what we needed — she helped us with the choice of dishes, quickly responded to requests and created an atmosphere of complete comfort. You want to come back to such employees again and again. Now we will visit this cafe not only for the amazing cuisine, but also for the warm welcome that Ulyana gives. Definitely 5 stars and a place in our list of favorite establishments! ♥️
