We come in the afternoon, insert the card to turn on the light - the curtains close, and in the evening, on the contrary, at the wrong moment, when you get out of the shower, they can open themselves. They pulled all the automation out of the socket and closed it themselves. And yet - we went on December 31, went into the room with nothing to breathe, the air temperature is 30-40 degrees and the floors are like a hot frying pan, heated - it's impossible to stand with your bare foot. The issue was quickly resolved with the maid, she spoke Russian- the floors were turned off.

We stayed at this hotel on July 24, 2024, room 409. On the 24th our tour group had a shopping day in Heihe. Not a bad hotel. The lobby is well decorated. A neat room. But...
