The hosts are nice, hospitable and helpful.

A gorgeous place. The hosts are the best people in the world, hospitable, helpful, kind. Rooms are available in different categories for any wallet. There is a private dining room on site. In addition to the rooms, there are cabins that can be rented for a large company. We have personally vacationed in this place 4 times and each time we come as if to our home. In this place, you will be taken to the most beautiful places in Abkhazia. The owner personally takes you on excursions. Shops are within walking distance. If necessary, you will be met by car and brought.

The guest house has 3 floors with a separate dining room. A family business, friendly, hardworking, responsive and very pleasant people. The rooms are fully equipped: bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Delicious homemade dishes in the dining room, affordable prices, can be ordered. There is an opportunity to cook food on each floor by yourself. The owner of the house organizes excursions to the sights of Abkhazia on request. The only disadvantage is the rise from the sea to the house, it's a little hard.

We had a rest in July 2025, the price and quality are appropriate. Who wants cheap and practical. There are air conditioners, a kitchenette. The rooms are not cleaned, everything is on stream. In a word, an economy without frills. Those who want comfort are clearly not this mess. The electric stove barely warms up, people who go there all the time take everything with them.

The rooms are very dirty , the hostess did not even deign to clean the floor, it is impossible to cook food - the tile does not work, there are no knives at all ... There was not even a rug in the bathroom . It takes at least 30 minutes to climb, very far and high up the mountain. I do not advise anyone to rent a house from them and I will never rent another one myself! Rooms for such a price and remoteness are clearly overstated!!!!

The rooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Facilities on the floor. The kitchen/dining room is rustic, but large, has everything you need. Good hosts, I stayed with them twice, I did not take excursions from them, but because of this, their attitude towards me as a guest did not change. Everything is modest, but the payment is appropriate, budget-friendly.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked a room with them. The money was transferred 2000. As a result, we arrive and are shown a room. The room has 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds. There is nothing else. The fan is not working either. There are toilets and showers on the floor that are disgusting to enter. Nothing has been removed. The toilet is dirty, the floor is dirty. Everything is disgusting and disgusting. When we settled in, we gave away 7000. As a result, when they found out where we were, the children began to cry, and they said we won't stay here. In short, we took 7000 and did not return 2000 for the reservation. They asked to change the room to a better one, but their rooms were occupied. They left this place.
