It's a disgusting place. The staff is barely working, the delivery of the order (marriage / diagnosis / refund) has to wait for several hours. At the same time, there is no waiting area for customers, you have to wait in the cold. When asked why it took so long, employees sarcastically answer "an hour of waiting is not enough"
