We lived in a single-level room. It's a terrible place to live, it's impossible to live with a child at all. There is only a sofa for the child, an uneven old one with a sagging mattress. There's only one closet in the bathroom, and there's nowhere to store things at all. The air conditioner hood blows warm air onto the entire balcony, meaning you can't sit on the balcony. They also didn't give me any furniture for the balcony. We lived for 1 night in a duplex, which is even worse. There's not much room, the steps are slippery, and you walk up and down all day. The audibility is hellish, the well and the echo. Never go there again

A good Condo is probably one of the best in Nyharna (if you choose from the condominiums). In Utopia, the loft is cheaper, the idea of two-story apartments is interesting, there are enough closets for clothes, but there is not enough space, there are shelves in the shower only above the toilet (our shampoos were just on the floor), not everyone has chairs and a table on the balcony. In utopia, the condo is nicer, the rooms are more spacious, everyone has chairs and a table on the loggia, and a normal-sized refrigerator. The only thing that is uncomfortable is the very dim light in the bathroom. By the way, the pools are good, the water is always clean in them. There is a laundry room in the parking lot, and you need to insert 30 baht (10 baht coins) to do the laundry. Overall, I liked it)
