I liked the hotel, the compact room, everything is clean, the staff is polite. There were problems with sound insulation, of course, but I was just unlucky... There were loud, passionate neighbors. They didn't let me sleep for one night. But I don't think it's the hotel's fault. Unfortunately, the kitchen and breakfast could not be evaluated in 3 days.

Cleanliness is 10/10,cozy,warm,everything is super10/10,the breakfasts are delicious,everything in the room has slippers,bathrobes,accessories,water,tea,coffee 10/10,service 10/10,the only thing is too far away,and for the sake of such a hotel you can go for a ride

The Urban hotel is new, everything is clean, a large room, but there is no refrigerator, there is no TV, there is no Russian channel, discrimination, although in Russian BBC,Dolce Velez, etc. Internet channels, or YouTube... In the bathroom, the shower cabin is not tightly closed, water is leaking.
