We booked a room for 3 days two days before arrival. They lived from 24.04 to 27.04. 2026. The location of the hotel is convenient, it is located not far from the center of Bishkek, very quiet. The room is cozy and perfectly clean, the bed linen is fresh, hygiene items and toiletries are available. It is especially necessary to note the sincere, tactful and courteous attitude of all the hotel staff. Thank you all very much for your oriental hospitality and for the magnificent, delicious homemade breakfasts. We will recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

A modern, fresh-looking hotel at an average cost for Bishkek. It is located within walking distance (it took me about 10 minutes) from the center of the capital, from, for example, the flag of the republic. The room is spacious, bright, equipped with everything you need. Refrigerator, TV (there are no TV channels, but there are netflix, YouTube, etc.), kettle, hair dryer - everything is fine. The plumbing is decent, the bed seemed comfortable to me. The breakfasts are excellent. It's a pity there are no dinners. We met and conducted them in a friendly manner, helped with small things (we needed a freezer and a boarding pass to print out, they extended it for more than an hour for free). Thanks! In the end, everything is fine, thank you! But I'd rather have TV channels and dinner.

Pros: The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are clean, the location is good. Cons: There is a problem with the beds, they creak and squeeze. Excellent audibility. Why three stars: I'm staying here for the second time and it so happened that I paid for 6 nights, and I have to leave in 5. I asked the employee to resolve the issue of canceling one night (I asked him to cancel the reservation for Saturday after lunch on Thursday), verbally confirmed the cancellation and asked him to officially contact the booking service. I did so, but the hotel refused. It's a small thing, but it's a shame. As a result, they did not return 6000 rubles, but they lost a client in my person, because I visit Bishkek quite often.
