To be honest, it's hard for me to find the words to express my gratitude to this house and these owners. We parted with tears in our eyes and with the hope of an early meeting. I got even more than I could have expected from this vacation and from this place. Maybe it was added to the impressions and very personal, as I spent these days with a loved one. But this does not negate in any way the atmosphere of this house and this place. It's been two weeks since my vacation, and I review the photos every day. It may not be suitable for everyone, and everyone sees their vacation and accommodation in their own way. But I got the maximum pleasure and I want to come back again. Many of the people I met there have been visiting Anna and Andrey for many years, year after year. And they come from very far away. The geography of the guests includes Siberia, the Urals, Tatarstan, Belarus and the Far East. And it's very cool! Thank you, dear hosts, for the warmth of our hearts and the comfort of our home.

We were in July 2024, and that's what I wrote to my friends afterwards: "I chose the place just on the map - Pitsunda, bay, beach. And a little higher up in the mountains there is a private house "At Andrey and Anna's", with very warm reviews. It turned out to be even better than we thought. The friendly hosts met us right at the checkpoint, and from that moment on, for the whole day and a half, it seemed to us that we were just visiting our good friends. This time also included a romantic evening in a rustic house on the mountainside, in the middle of an orchard, with swings and all kinds of animals. And a delicious dinner with barbecue and wonderful homemade wine. The next morning - the beach of Pitsunda Bay with an excellent bar and without any jostling. Lunch with tasting of "grandfather's" cognacs - barberry! Almond! Peach! And wonderful, carefree, fun, sunny idleness - to the fullest! They returned almost in the dark - tanned, happy, with countless bags of fruits, sweets and bottles. And - with Napoleonic plans for the next weekend!"

We booked from August 1 to August 5, made an advance payment, arrived from Sochi with our family, the first horror was the road, the suspension was too much after the first trip, the whole car was covered in sand, we barely climbed the mountain where the house is located. Further, after the offer of a personal transfer down, they agreed to stay. But, in vain ... the whole horror awaited us further, the air conditioner did not work (+40 outside), then it was repaired, the toilet was leaking in the second room and the smell was terrible, they were forced to take off their shoes before entering the house, their feet were all black after they walked to the room. But then there were ants in the bed, smelly dirty linens, and a mattress with mold. And the hostess said that for 3,000rubles per day they can only offer us this. We left, but they didn't offer to refund the prepayment. The owners are simple, friendly people, but if you rent a house, you need to follow some rules, people come to you to relax.
