Located in the heart of Tsandripsha, Oktyabrskaya St., 120, just a 3-4-minute walk from the pebble beach. The proximity to shops, cafes, pharmacies and transport stops makes your stay as convenient as possible. The hospitality of the hosts: Alina and Matvey created a truly wonderful vacation. We helped with the organization of excursions (Lake Ritsa, evening Gagra, through the Aquamarine network at no extra charge). Always responsive. Accommodation: cleanliness and comfort. Rooms:Cozy, bright, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and high-quality furniture. Territory: an oasis of comfort. Yard:It is surrounded by greenery, flowers and exotic plants. There is a gazebo, a barbecue, a relaxation area with outdoor furniture — ideal for evening gatherings. There is a private parking. The food is delicious in the dining room. A varied menu.

I had a rest in August 2025 in this house. Convenient location of the house to the sea. There are shops nearby. There are many canteens and cafes . The market can be reached on foot. The road is good. There is also a railway station nearby. Trains rarely run. There is no noise. In general, this is a quiet village. The guest house itself is very beautiful. The house is clean. There is a delicious dining room. The prices are normal. The hosts are attentive. It is clear that every vacationer is dear to them. Rooms in this house can be booked for any budget. The house is very large, the territory is also large. Everything is clean and tidy. I was very happy with my vacation 100%. I recommend visiting Abkhazia and the village of Tsandripsh, including, and staying in this guest house. Thanks to Alina and Matvey, as well as all the staff for their concern for us vacationers.

A wonderful place and hospitable hosts. Good location. The sea and shops are not far away. If the lights are turned off, there is a generator and a whole tank of water. So there are no interruptions with either one or the other. I will update the review in two years. The new dining room is glazed and has air conditioning, which is a huge plus in the heat. The chefs have changed and now it has become even tastier (I recommend their local hodgepodge soup) A pub was opened for men. The beer is always fresh. For those who are afraid of rotovirus, I recommend taking chacha after the sea (the same success rate, but stronger), and Coca-Cola for children. In any case, it helped us.
