Having visited this institution, I want to highlight the following: - the first establishment in Brest in the niche of "traditional street food", can rightfully be considered a kind of exclusive among the ubiquitous boring shawarma kebab burger. - The taste and richness of the menu items make themselves felt. I especially recommend trying brushwood with honey. - Prices. Everything here is fairly average in terms of prices along with others - neither expensive nor cheap, the usual adequate price (I don't take restaurants into account). But for its price, that's for sure, so one serving of draniki or "for two" is enough to get enough. - Clean, tidy semi-open (tent) area of the hall. - The owner is a part-time cook himself, a polite and pleasant person to talk to. He can share the history of a menu item, how long ago they even happened. - If you are a tourist, then this place is better suited for you to explore Belarusian cuisine, especially if you want draniki. An unusual, relatively recently opened establishment with delicious food, signature sauce and all at pleasant prices. I recommend it, especially if you want to feel more familiar, sometimes "homey" or "like in childhood / in the village" gastronomy of traditional cuisine.

Pleasant atmosphere. Quick feed. Attentive staff. Takeaway menu, on-site, with delivery. So far, I've only tried the Tsibriki potato dish here, even if it's with sour cream. Instead of French fries. It's really delicious. Brushwood for adults and children is generally a must-have! I recommend.

All three days I was in Brest, I was looking for an institution of exactly this format: national Belarusian cuisine + speed of return. I thought they'd be here on every corner)) In general, I accidentally learned about the "Grater" at the market from a girl from a Bistro. They didn't have the draniki I needed, so she sent me to the Grater. I liked everything very much. Plus, the service is very courteous. There is a shortage of such a fast food restaurant right on Sovetskaya Street.
