The food is delicious, but the waiters are a little weird. As soon as you enter, they bring everyone a bottle of water while you wait. They asked if it was free or not, they said no, 30 lira (3.75 in the neighboring store). The children opened a couple of bottles, but in the end there were no bottles in the bill. The next time they brought the water again, they didn't forget about the bill, even though we didn't open it, but we had to pick it up :) as for the food, everything is delicious, the portions are large, the price tag is average in the area, the kebabs include salad, rolls, sauces, as is customary everywhere. 2 servings are enough for 2 children and 2 adults, 3 when they are very hungry

When I came to Mersin for the first time in 2022, the cafe seemed typical for this area with hints of comfort and charm. Delicious lentil soup, sandwiches, iskander kebab. In 2025, nothing has changed here at all, but the area is growing and new items are needed in the menu and interior. Prices have increased significantly by 2 times and real milkshakes have been replaced with a cheap milk drink. There are few cozy and delicious places in the Teje area.
