The park covers about 20 hectares. Along its perimeter there is a canal into which the Tskhadtubo River was launched, and a convenient footpath with benches. Inside the park there are water baths with quite interesting architecture, most likely, the Stalinist Empire style and constructivism. A pleasant place for a relaxing holiday.

The park is very beautiful and large, with lots of vegetation and mineral springs. This is a great place for walking with the whole family and relaxing with children and adults. Although there are traces of former luxury and a lot of destroyed things, it is still clean and cozy here. The park needs care, but still remains a great place to relax.
