We got in touch, explained the situation, and when the courier returned, the operator called and simply said, "Open up, he's here." Apologies appeared only after a comment on WhatsApp that the service was disgusting. To summarize: Put the staff in order, and we'll think about returning to you as regular customers. In the meantime, a tactless and ill-mannered employee is working with clients, we will find a delicious meal and will be happy.
