The soils may be good, but the staff is not trained and does not know how to work with customers. They are rude at every stage of the service. They don't hear the potential buyer at all. Today, by phone, I clarified the information about the availability of nutrient soil for blueberries 250l. Koronchik Tatiana replied that there is such a soil and it costs 34 rubles. I arrived at the store, which is located on the car market. But it turns out that there is no such soil! They just gave me information about sour peat! To my indignation that I was provided with incorrect information, Koronchik indignantly replied that some buyers also take sour peat for blueberries! And she decided everything for us. But I wasn't interested in this product! Bottom line: we skated across the city just like that! Management should work with their staff and teach them basic skills of customer service!
