By chance, we got stuck in Sighnaghi — it was snowing heavily, and we couldn't leave. It's a separate story how local valiant policemen lowered us and three other cars from the slippery hill, where we all got stuck quite successfully, although one of the local horsemen in the truck badly dented the driver's door, but everyone remained alive and well. So we poked into the first hotel we came across, and we were surprisingly lucky to meet a wonderful man — the owner of the hotel, cafe and winery Zuraba. He organized a wine tasting for us. We really liked the wine, and we bought a bottle of Kisi. In general, we had a very cordial conversation, had a great night's sleep, and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. If you have to visit Sighnaghi again, we will stop only at Zurab.

This place is a hotel, a restaurant and a winery. Hotel: there is a swimming pool, breakfast included, low price per room per family. Restaurant: Insanely delicious food. We were at dinner, we had khinkali (the best of all places to taste), the lamb and pork kebabs were the most tender, the lamb soup was unusual, but very tasty. Khachapuri is as delicious as it is huge🤣 We liked it so much that we came the next day for lunch. Delicious kebabs, kharcho. Everything was so delicious that we didn't even have time to take a picture. Wine: we tried everything, took 5 bottles for gifts. The next day we arrived and took more. The friendly host is a third-generation winemaker. He showed me his cellar, told me about the wine, about the vineyards in the region. We definitely recommend it!)
