Utter trash, not a shipping company. The desire to work, competence, and customer orientation are not all about this organization. But first things first. While in Yerevan, on December 2, 2025, I decided to send two shipments by the Russian transport company PEC to St. Petersburg, and I did not even suspect that a completely different company, the Armenian Transport Arm, would be doing this. Terrible! On December 4, the shipment was accepted, informing me that I would be contacted after the measurements and since I had to pay in cash, I would come and pay. It's been almost a week - silence. I'm already calling myself. But this is typical for Armenia - no one wants to lift a finger. Okay, I arrived and paid for everything. Time passes and I see on the PEC website that I allegedly have unpaid charges for one shipment. It's useless to call, I'm going to them. I am assured that everything is paid for. In the meantime, the delivery date is postponed and rescheduled. Having reached St. Petersburg by myself in January 2026, I am trying to find out where my cargo is. PECK asks for a week to clarify with the Armenian branch. Bottom line: but no one sent the cargo!!! The St. Petersburg office apologizes and assures that the shipment will be shipped as soon as possible. Today is February 2, 2026, 2 months have passed, and who is still there. According to the tracking card, my cargo is still in the warehouse in Yerevan. To be continued...
