I was walking in Gorky Park with a girl. And we decided to visit this point . The choice fell on trdelnik . We ordered two, one classic and the other with sprinkles. We were pleasantly surprised , the dough was airy, and we didn 't regret the fillings at all (We put it heartily ) Nice staff. I recommend you to visit and try it, I recommend it.

Trdelnik about nothing. The dough is thin and firm, like fried cookies. It breaks down. It's like they're not even fully baked. We tried it in other parts of Minsk - a completely different taste. The dough is fuller, softer, comes off / stretches like a bun, unwinds.
