An excellent and decent fitness club that I can safely recommend to Everyone!!!Convenient location, parking is available.The administrators are friendly.Reasonable prices, a discount system is in effect.The hall is spacious and cozy.All necessary simulators are available.Classes are available for all ages, as well as for any level of training.The coaches are highly qualified professionals in their field.Individual approach to everyone.There are many group classes of different directions.The changing rooms are clean, and I was surprised by the presence of an aroma diffuser in them, which envelops in a pleasant fragrance.It is impressive that the administration ensures a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. I suffered one negative moment for myself, the failure of recording through the application for SPA services.But by contacting the receptionist through the reception, the issue was promptly resolved. TONUS is a great place for your workouts!!!!!

The location is good. I also liked the gym and the group classes. BUT the administrators ' communication skills leave much to be desired . The situation with paying for classes in a mini - group . I didn 't pay before class , but after . The administrator made a REMARK with a displeased face that it was necessary to pay before , although when they sent us to class they didn't say a word about it ( you could just explain that this was the payment procedure ) , as well as the situation with the renewal of the subscription , I had a question why it is considered at full , and not at the promotional cost . The administrator simply replied to my questions with silence or "I do not know what it says in my database," and then there was silence without any explanation. Such moments really spoil the impression of visiting the hall. And another moment , when you just arrive and several people go to the locker room at once , the girls often give the keys to the lockers next to each other . And this creates inconveniences when changing clothes .

The price per lesson is acceptable, given the size of the room with exercise equipment, locker rooms and showers (subscriptions are beneficial if you carry out meticulous calculations). For me, it's a big plus to go to the sauna after training, I really appreciated this option only here, in the seven on Volotov, you still need to pay extra for this opportunity. The location is convenient, given the fact that I do not know in which part of the city I will end up on the day of training, you can get to the gym without problems both by car and probably by public transport. I recommend the gym to all my friends. I came across the opinion that it is cheaper in Adrenaline, why pay more, Adrenaline on Gagarin in the Secret shopping center 200 meters from Tonus. I answer everyone: except for the price, there are no more advantages, if you are pressed for money and the inner Self will not allow you to give up training for a while, you can get through with Adrenaline, but if you can pay extra for Your comfort, in that case I recommend Tone.
