I left an order for the production. The manager's attitude is irresponsible. There is no information about how the production and order processing will take place, until he himself insisted on providing specific information. They promised to call back in 2 days. I left the contact information on a piece of paper (at the request of the manager). A week has passed. I called back myself. No one even knows about the order. There is no manager. I need aluminum for the material, they can't specifically inform me about the availability (to find out from the sales, I do not know, I am not sure, etc.). To find the location of the production itself, this is a separate quest, not a single identification plate where the company is located, where the entrance is. I asked people on the street. I was positioned for this production as excellent, high-quality. But I am disappointed with this attitude.
