We have been vacationing in this hotel for several years. Very hospitable hosts. They will help and prompt you in any question. Thank you very much! Comfortable rooms, good repair, new linen and towels, clean, cozy! There is a kitchen, if desired, you can cook by yourself. There's also a washing machine, convenient. Good location. Close to the sea, the embankment and various cafes, currency exchange and a vegetable market. It's great to come with a big family or a friendly company.

The best guest house, I've been vacationing for three years in a row. There is no better place for me. The owners are wonderful people, they solve all issues, they are responsive. And most importantly, the sea is nearby

I rested with my adult niece for 10 days in late October - early November 2019. It's not the season for a beach holiday, so we were the only guests. Accordingly, the price was the lowest. The rooms are cozy and clean. Constantly hot water. Wi-Fi with excellent speed (we both had to work remotely). Very good mattresses on the beds. High-quality bed linen. We were given extra blankets. I slept just great. On cool rainy days, the room was heated with air conditioning. Very good curtains on the windows. Even in sunny weather, they provide protection from light, creating semi-darkness. I think that for a holiday with children it will be very useful during daytime sleep. Well, we enjoyed the absolute darkness at night, when the light of the street lamps and the moon could not penetrate into our room. For those who are going to rest out of season, I recommend to stock up on warm slippers. The guesthouse is designed for summer holidays. There are tiles on the floor, which probably feels pleasantly cold in the heat. The owner joked that if an off-season vacation is put on stream, then slippers will be provided free of charge. The kitchen is shared by 6 economy rooms on the third floor. The dishes are of high quality. At the moment there is a two-burner electric panel, but the owner plans to replace it with a four-burner gas one. You can always cook soup or porridge for children. But with full-fledged cooking of breakfasts, lunches and dinners, it may be difficult. Although, in my opinion, with such prices and quality of catering as in Kobuleti, it is necessary either categorically not to perceive Georgian cuisine, or to really like cooking in order to spend time on vacation. There is also a large refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the kitchen. Residents of two superior rooms share a kitchen with the owners. It's certainly more spacious there. Guests are greeted with a welcome bottle of wine and a plate of fruit. According to the season, it was the most delicious persimmon "korolek". In the bathroom there is a roll of toilet paper, disposable soap and shampoos according to the number of guests. The place is absolutely quiet - exactly what people who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city need. Many nearby cafes were already closed, but you can also walk to more remote restaurants in no more than 5-10 minutes. It is also not far on foot to get to the center, the market, the train station, next to which minibuses stop to Batumi. On the first day, the owner took me by car to the exchanger with the best exchange rate, showed me all the main places where you can eat and buy food. Well, I also bought warm slippers for my niece and me. And subsequently, he and his wife were always ready to give us a ride to the place we needed at almost any moment. But here, of course, the fact that we were the only guests and all the attention belonged only to us played a role. The owners, in addition to providing accommodation, organize excursions. For a fee, of course. We were happy to use their services for two days of guided tours of the canyons and waterfalls. Khatuna is a great driver. When she is driving, passengers feel calm and confident. Zurab is a storehouse of knowledge about Georgia and beyond. Despite the "off season", we were able to sunbathe and even swim in the sea. We were very lucky with the weather. The beach is shallow. It does not injure the legs. But there may be discomfort when walking. But for example, this "massage" even gave me pleasure. Thanks to Zurab and Khatuna for their cozy, hospitable and warm house in all respects! I really want to repeat my vacation with you next fall.
