The hotel is very nice. I liked everything. But.... There is one thing about this hotel. If you do not choose a room in advance, you will be accommodated across the street in a 6-storey building. We paid an additional 118 dollars, we were accommodated with a sea view. As it is, everything in this hotel is great. Location, there are cafes nearby, the famous Mr. Krabs Sidewalk, shops, fruits, fish restaurants. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent. Cleaning, too, daily. The room has everything. If it weren't for the hassle of checking in, I would have given it five stars. I would definitely go to this hotel again.

We had a great rest at the Tien Dat Hotel from December 18 to December 26, 2025!!!We chose a combination tour and spent 9 days in Mui Ne (Phan Thiet)... Wonderful, delicious food for breakfast, even soups, lots of fruits and sweets... The room was standard, but with a huge bed and all the necessary accessories, including beach towels, which could be changed every day... We were lucky with the weather... They say it rains at this time of the year, but we were spared... The weather was 28-31C, as we like it... The sea is warm... There were no waves before lunch, so we tried to arrive early in the morning, at about 7 o'clock ... And until 12 o'clock it was nice to enjoy the calm sea... After lunch, the waves began to dance, and this also had its own charm, bouncing on the waves and enjoying the sun!!! The other 4 days we spent in Nha Trang, and if we compare these 2 places, then everything was much better in Mui Ne, at the Thien Dat Hotel... And the variety of food, and the significantly small presence of waves (it was simply impossible to swim in Nha Trang, the waves were huge), and the weather!!! But I also wanted to refresh my memories of Nha Trang, so we spent 13 days of rest usefully!!! I also recommend the Tien Dat hotel because all the entertainment, cafes, and generally lively streets and the hospitality of the Vietnamese were here.. This is the middle of Mui Ne, in the beginning there are luxury hotels and a construction site all around... At the end, we go to Phan Thiet itself and the wastelands... My husband and I have the best memories of this vacation spot...

It's a great hotel for 3*. The staff is polite and smiling. A special employee translates across the street, very nice. Everything is there, soapy, razor, comb, toothbrush and paste. Towels and beach and bath towels. Daily cleaning service. There are plenty of sun beds. Everything is very decent, clean and beautiful.
