There have been cases several times when I had to run around the shops at night, where no one is particularly ready to change money there. After all, not everyone buys expensive drugs at the pharmacy. Bandages, aspirins, etc. There will definitely be some change. Perhaps she avoids the hassle of putting in a shift and paying off. You can't do that. Especially when it comes to the purchase of the most necessary medicines related to life and death.
