I've been to Tang Chao in Minsk many times, and I've always liked everything there, so it was interesting to visit the institution in Brest for the first time. My impressions were very good. Compared to the Minsk menu, there is less, but, in my opinion, the dishes turned out to be tastier. The food is more intense in taste, bright, satisfying and intense — everything I love about Chinese cuisine. I would like to mention the waiters separately: in Brest they seemed much more prepared, attentive and involved. The service was pleasant and professional. Some items on the menu differ from the Minsk ones, and this is interesting: even similar dishes may be slightly different in composition. For example, different noodles are used in noodles, unlike in Minsk, which is why the taste and impression of the dish are different. Otherwise, everything is as usual at Tang Chao's: delicious, satisfying, fatty and appetizing. I was pleased with my visit and will definitely return again.

We took: green tea with mint (800 ml) for 10p, fried noodles with seafood for 28p, noodles with beef in hot broth for 28p. Positive: + huge portions, there were two of us, we could handle fried noodles and a little more than half of the broth. + a good quip, lovers of spicy dishes will definitely appreciate + rich taste + delicious noodles Minuses: - the menu, it lacks banal information about the weight of the dishes, not to mention the minimum composition and BZHU - the fried noodles were very greasy, even against the background of the broth (which was greasy and rich), the latter did not seem so greasy, so they dipped the noodles in it. There was also a small percentage of mussels and very little squid from seafood, but mostly it was carrots, cucumbers and mushrooms (which could be mistaken for squid). - no desserts, they told us that there was nothing special for tea, except that they occasionally have gingerbread, which you can find out from their Instagram. Bottom line: it's not a bad place when you want to have a hearty meal, as well as satisfy the need for spicy food, and you also need to keep an eye on their Instagram, as they publish interesting and relevant information, as the waiter informed us. Would you like to go again? Most likely, and most likely just for the broth, because there are noodles and soup there - you definitely won't go hungry even from this one portion for two.
