Nice spa complex! Not far from Issyk, and this was the main factor. It's clean and cozy. The pools are wonderful, lots of sun beds. A separate delight is soaring in the sauna! Dima's steam room is above all praise and a master of his craft! It's worth going just for this!

This resort was highly recommended, at the beginning there was a lot of skepticism that it was far away, it was unclear what was special there, but after the trip I was very impressed! Comfort, service, amenities, mountain views are just the top of the list of things you liked. So, let's go through the order that we received in the complex to the guest house.: First of all, the house itself is a detached house made of a pine log, all made of natural wood! Everything is fresh, new, high-quality, not a Soviet sanatorium or recreation area on Kapchagai (oh, sorry, Konaev). It's green all around, and there are Christmas trees. Secondly, the price includes water treatments, baths, Jacuzzis, luxury pools and aquagorks! (Well, breakfast, a priori) I'll tell you about the baths separately, it's epic and monumental! Every two hours, the bath attendant Dmitry (a professional in his field and just a pleasant person) conducts a group aromatherapy in the Altai sauna with various flavors, I liked fir and citrus. One session and my chronic sinusitis has gone into the sunset and I hope it won't come back!🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️😁 After warming up and inhaling the aromatic fumes, we dipped into a baptismal font with cold mountain water and went to warm up again. So if you hear the sound of the bell, feel free to head to the house to the right of the aquagorks, everyone is invited to - I'm not afraid of that word - the Show! Don't miss it, I personally went twice. In between soaring, I went to the roller coaster and got a lot of impressions, although it would seem to be a child's entertainment, but the adults there are having fun to the fullest! I recommend the right high slide, "Drain"! You can gain a lot of speed, and in the end it will scroll you down and merge you as well... Well, you get it🤣🤣🤣 Russian Russian steam bath, Hammam and Salt bath are also available in addition to the Altai sauna, which are constantly open (the Russian steam bath is also regularly steamed by a bath attendant, you can get steam in the interval between aromatherapy). Heated water is supplied to the outdoor and indoor pools, so you can swim at any temperature and weather (my brother told me about the pleasure of sitting in the Jacuzzi or swimming in warm water under snow or rain). In the end, I got a hydro massage in the Jacuzzi and after a delicious dinner, I fell asleep like a baby inhaling the fresh mountain breeze! In addition to all this, there are paid SPA treatments: peeling, wellness massage, steaming according to an individual program with a bath attendant who will select a temperature tolerable for you. There is a hookah bar for lovers with an experienced hookah maker. The restaurant has a show program in the evenings, karaoke (in the houses of Celebrities, where we had our own professional karaoke with all the old and new songs). They promised to build a dance floor for parties with stunning views of our mountains soon!😌 They said that there is a daytime visit, from morning to evening, which also includes all the fun, but now I recommend everyone to come with accommodation for a few days to appreciate all the advantages of this resort!

A very nice hotel, we were greeted at the reception by very polite staff Rufina and Maksat , everything was quickly arranged , we were placed in a family suite - everything is clean , the bed is snow-white, the furniture is all new, well-groomed , all accessories are in the bathroom , the territory is clean , landscaping , pools , water park, baths - Russian, hammam , salt There are no words for an Altai sauna with aromatherapy , bathrobes , towels are constantly being changed , it 's all included in the price , as well as breakfast - everything is delicious , but there are no words at all about the size and quantity of breakfast ! In general, everything is great! We recommend it! The rest turned out to be a complete relaxation! Thanks to all the staff who work at the hotel and make your stay comfortable.
